Rockland International, Inc. Rockland International, Inc., a premiere privately owned and operated sales company, entered the Milwaukee, WI market in June 2003. Rockland expanded its sales force in 2004 and expanded into the Detroit, MI market in October of the same year.

Rockland's management training program is designed to help representatives gain leadership skills that will enable them to excel in the field of sales and marketing. Field training strengthens communication skills, emphasizes a good work ethic and develops skills for negotiating with clients. It also promotes excellent campaign management, relationship building as well as personal development abilities. At Rockland, we take pride in our professionalism, integrity, hard work and dedication, which enables us to achieve our goals.

Rockland offers recent college graduates a unique opportunity to learn how to successfully operate their own company. Qualified candidates master the management skills necessary to prosper as an entrepreneur and business owner.

Rockland International, Inc.Rockland believes that the only way a person can learn to successfully operate a sales company is for that person to build a strong foundation by experiencing sales functions at the entry level. Candidates are taught how to interface with clients, overcome objections and finalize business deals. Once these skills are acquired, the individual learns how to coach and teach others how to master these same skills. The training process concludes when candidates prove they have developed the business acumen necessary to be successful. This process can take anywhere from six months to three years to complete, depending on the individual.

Our program continues to enjoy success in the Milwaukee area as well as across the United States and Canada, as more and more college graduates and other qualified candidates continue to fill positions of ownership.
